1. Athletic Clearance for the 2024-2025 school year is now available on the Home Campus website.  All students participating in sports, band, or dance must complete the athletic clearance process each school year.

1. Make sure to choose California as the school and choose the 2024-2025 school year.

3. Physicals can be done at your family doctor or you may use Urteaga Chiropractic, Uptown Wellness Center, PIH Urgent Care, or any other clinic that does sports physicals.

5. Make sure to upload pictures of both sides of your physical to the Home campus website (must be dated May 30th, 2024 or later)
