1. Athletic Clearance for the 2026-2027 school year is now available on the Home Campus website.  All students participating in sports, band, or dance must complete the athletic clearance process each school year.

Here is the physical form.  Section A must be completed before your physical which includes a parent signature.

1. Make sure to choose California as the school and choose the 2026-2027 school year.   Make sure to use the grade you will be in next year.

We are offering physicals here at Cal High on Thursday May 21st from 1:30-5:30pm in the stadium locker room.   The cost is $25 and must be paid in cash only.

1. Physicals can be done at your family doctor or you may use Urteaga Chiropractic, Uptown Wellness Center, PIH Urgent Care, or any other clinic that does sports physicals.

3. Make sure to upload a picture of your physical to the Home campus website (must be dated May 1, 2026 or later)
